Audrey James is a Phenomenal Psychotherapist who I have recently come in contact with.
I’m from a culture of people who tend to sit on there story and suffer in silence. So when Audrey asked me if I would sit and talk with her about my life’s journey to date, in front of a live audience, my immediate response was “ you must be crazy !!!!! NO!!! “
However I changed my mind and the rest is history.

@iamlisamac Sarah Brown3 months agoTavares Strachan is a Carribean Artist from the Bahamas. I had the privilege of seeing his work entitled “ There is Light Somewhere “ At The Southbank Centre. This exhibition embraces for me, the Carribean plight, the journey that we have endured and still live through. It embodies our strength, our determination, our grit, and our hope. I absolutely loved his show. I’m surprised I’ve never heard of him.
